Shipping coverage and charges
Dream Petals currently accepts delivery addresses within India. Standard shipping is complimentary for orders of ₹999 or more and ₹79 for orders below ₹999. Cash on Delivery carries an additional ₹100 handling charge where offered.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after confirmation. The estimated standard delivery window shown at checkout is 3–6 business days, but remote locations, courier disruption, public holidays or exceptional demand may take longer. Tracking information will appear in the customer account and may also be sent by email once available.
Delivery information
